The process of recruitment begins with an initial telephone interview with an objective of gauging candidate’s suitability. Candidates are investigated on the criminal grounds and have to bear the cost on their own. Moreover two references are required for the same. Other criteria on which candidates are evaluated include reliability, trustworthiness, absenteeism and social issues.
English examination is carried out based on the level of English required by the client. Moreover, an additional process of Standard English examination is carried out to check candidates’ language competence.
Few optional processes like large contract such as bench testing are chargeable to the client. In addition, if the role is highly technical the client can interview the candidate on telephone.
After receiving the written confirmation from the client the contract of employment is offered to the candidate. Notice period for the job varies. The interval between the contract offer and arrival is generally 2-3 weeks which may exceed up to 3 months.
As part of our service we ensure that the individual is enabled to work in India. We also ensure candidates bank accounts and deal with any government registration requirements
We follow a meticulous screening process and aim to eliminate unsuitable candidates. The selected candidate undergoes training for 2 weeks and at the end of this period his performance is assessed by the client. At the end of 4 weeks a final agreement of candidate’s employment is issued.
